Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS)
Bundled Independence Service

Service Overview
What Is ICLS?
Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS) provides assistance so a person can remain living in their home with moderate support needs. This is essentially assisted-living-level support delivered in a private home.
ICLS is a bundled service authorized through the Elderly Waiver and Alternative Care programs. It combines multiple support components into one comprehensive service that allows individuals to age in place safely and comfortably.
Rather than moving to an assisted living facility, individuals can receive the same level of support in the familiar comfort of their own home, maintaining their independence, routines, and community connections.
Six Components of ICLS
Cognitive Support
Cueing, reminders, and cognitive assistance for daily tasks
ADL Assistance
Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
Household Management
Cleaning, laundry, meal prep, and home organization
Health & Wellness
Health monitoring, medication reminders, and wellness support
Adaptive Support
Assistance adapting to changes in ability and routine
Community Engagement
Social participation, outings, and community connection
